RedHanded | Podcast Review

Take a deep look into some of the most bizarre and awful cases while also, somehow, continuously laughing along with the RedHanded duo.
To continue our podcast discussion, this week we’re going for quite a different podcast that we leave you continuously looking over your shoulder.

RedHanded is a true-crime podcast is like no other.

Listen to some of the most brutal murders without feeling unease. These two are very professional when it comes to the case but also laidback and constantly joking. It’s that format that keeps me hooked and able to binge episode after episode.

This is the first true-crime podcast I have been able to sit down and truly enjoy without having to stop from being too spooked. Too many podcasts of the same genre try to be overly scary with eery voices like their the boogie man but I much prefer this relaxed style. It gives respect to the victims while also saying a big fuck you to the perpetrators.

The absolute British wit of the two hosts of RedHanded is what makes it stand out from the crowd. These two bounce off of each other perfectly and give great insight into the personal crimes without telling the cases with a bias.

Better yet, you don’t have to listen to any of the episodes in order and if a topic is too much one week, you can skip that one without feeling like you’ve missed out. Below I've linked some of my favourite episodes.

After completing their UK tour in 2019, I'm excited to see what these two have ahead for 2020.
